The other Australiums also cost less than the Medi Gun, despite Medic mains being substantially less common than Soldier, Scout, and Demo mains, searching 'Australium' on mannco.store and sorting the items from most expensive to least expensive reveals that of the top 5 most expensive Australiums on mannco.store #1 and #2 are Aussie Medi Guns, #3 is a Rocket Launcher, #4 is a Medi Gun, and #5 is a Scattergun, following this list, at which point there aren't any more Medi Guns for sale you see mainly Rocket Launchers, Scatterguns, and Wrenches until cheaper Aussie listings can be found. A Terror-Watt Medic's Mountain Cap on the other hand, costs ~$58 or ~24 keys when only 18 exist, again, according to backpack.tf at the time of writing.
