If I pick a different set of Dynamics like Color From Gradient, and in Dynamic Options, I can pick a gradient like Full saturation spectrum either clockwise or counterclockwise, and I'll use this Fade length of a 1000 pixels and just paint a line of stars by dragging. And if I drag, I draw a line of randomly rotated stars. Which I can see if I just move my cursor over the canvas. And when you use a mouse like I am right now all Basic Simple will do is vary the angle of the star randomly. Here's another example, I'll turn on the Star Layer and take the Star Brush, and set its Size to 100.00 pixels and Spacing to 85.0 and choose Basic Simple Dynamics. I'll choose Sawtooth wave and brush on some repeating strokes. And I can create other effects by repeating the brush stroke with a Sawtooth wave pattern with a Sawtooth wave pattern or a Triangular wave or Truncate. I can also reverse the effect so the brush stroke fades out like I'm running out of ink or paper. So you can see how the Size and Opacity changed along the brush stroke. And in the Fade Options, I'll increase the Fade length to 1000 pixels, and draw some long brush strokes. I can illustrate some of these Dynamics if I take my Roundness 100 Brush and increase its Size to 100.00, to 100, just so it's easier to see, just so it's easier to see.
Other Dynamics are based on things like velocity, which is just how fast or slow you move your cursor and direction.
